When I look in the mirror do I see centuries of privilege afforded to some and denied to so many others because of the color of their skin? Who is really the Monster? Is it the enslaved or the enslaver? As the violence of the slave ships and plantations and the streets enters our bedrooms and our churches, can we really just look away and say "Not Me?"
